Ritchey Metals has been registered to the appropriate quality management system within the ISO 9000 series since 1999. The current registration is to ISO 9001:2015. Maintaining this registration helps us assure all aspects of our operations are focused on meeting customer requirements. We are very proud of maintaining this registration. We are actively involved in ASTM technical committees developing and revising standards for our products and analytical testing methods. This is the source for most specifications not provided directly by a customer. A good portion of our business is customizing alloys for a customer, based upon an ASTM Standard. No one in the industry is more passionate about customizing your product in every way.

Our spectrochemical laboratory capabilities ensure our products meet the chemical requirements of our customers. Operating multiple spectrometers assure analysis is never delayed and allows us to cross-check results. Our analysis is traceable to industry-accepted certified reference materials.

We do not stop at chemistry. We strive to assure the product we provide is low in dross, free from sharp edges, and recoveries of tolling materials are high. In fact, Ritchey Metals has earned a reputation as one of the best converters in the business, yielding recovery rates of up to 94 percent.

Product that meets chemistry and is low in dross is only part of what our customers expect. They also expect our product to arrive at their facility packaged as they need it and arrive undamaged, and on time. We work relentlessly to assure packaging works for our customers and it arrives on time. The variety of our packaging options are almost as great as our product diversification.
